Returns & Refunds policy

1) One-time access products (Process Documentation):

These are digital products & services, which according to their nature are not suitable for returns as they are generated to your specifications and personalized based on your data. Hence we will not accept refund requests for any such one time access product or service

EXAMPLE: Access to digital copies of a company's SWOT analysis, business process re-engineering readiness report etc. These are customized reports and are generated once based on your data and cannot be returned/refunded.

2) Subscription based services (Monthly/yearly subscription for Problem Solving, continuous monitoring, reporting of process KPIs. and AI based process improvement chat service):

You are entitled to cancel any subscription based services anytime and the pro-rated charge will be deducted for that month or incase of annual plans, remaining months will be refunded. Please note that since annual plans are discounted at bulk rate, cancellations of these annual subscriptions will be calculated at the full monthly subscription rates, for the months used, and the remainder will be refunded within 5-7 working days of submitting the request.

EXAMPLE 1:

ANNUAL PLAN: If you subscribed to an annual pro plan, $199 X 10 months (discounted for annual plan) = $1990 (effectively $165 per month) paid annually. And if you stop the subscription after 3 months of usage, the plan cost will be revised to reflect the monthly cost of $199 and the amount refunded will be $1393 i.e $1990 - $597. ($199 X 3 = $597)

Please stop the subscription from within the application, by going to Settings > Account Settings > Subcriptions and click on cancel subscription. The subscriptions stop immediately and are subject to your bank's or payments provider's credit timelines and terms.

EXAMPLE 2: if you subscribed to the monthly starter plan at $129 per month and you decide to cancel after 10 days, you'll be charged a subscription fee of $43 for 10 days only.

Conditions for cancellation of subscription services:

a) The deadline for canceling any subscription based service, without incurring any costs or fee deductions, is within 3 days from the subscription start date.

b) Incase you decide to cancel the subscription after 3 days of your subscription start date, you'll be charged on a pro-rata basis for the number of days used. (see calculations in above examples)

c) In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must stop the subscription from your account settings.
